Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for leading the developing and execution of the bank\u2019s digital marketing and insights strategy, whose central role is to help grow the banks digital marketing operations from an emerging to a matured status.<\/p>\n<p>This includes managing the bank\u2019s digital\/online presence across all channels including website, social media and other digital service platforms, internet banking and Apps and collaborating with in country Enablement and Technology team and Centre Digital operation team, while acting as an advocate for digital best practice.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, to use data analytics and insights for strategic digital marketing planning, ensuring alignment to Centre Go-To- Market (GTM) initiatives and country strategy to achieve overall brand awareness, prompted consideration and affinity.<\/p>\n<p>These should lead to increase in the brand\u2019s influence while also increasing brand loyalty externally and internally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Digital Marketing Strategy Execution and Brand Building\u2013 30%<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the bank\u2019s digital agency and other vendor partners in developing digital strategies and plans through ensuring alignment of overall country and Centre Go -To Market (GTM) initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strategize, grow, and maintain the bank\u2019s digital and social media platforms, with a focus on engagement, customer service, lead generation, community growth and loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up and evaluate emerging digital and innovative programmatic technology trends and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption within our digital strategy where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate best avenues and draw conclusions that are both data and marketing driven from customer campaigns on a tactical level.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the bank\u2019s online presence through owned channels and platforms that meets customer needs and deliver leads.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic review of all social media platforms and propose appropriate community growth strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the Bank\u2019s digital marketing needs and prepare a well-informed budget for execution.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct active social listening and online monitoring with the relevant tools to identify industry trends and opportunities as well as potential crisis and advise the bank accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Integrated Digital Marketing and Insights Management -40%<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Agency digital marketing team in the delivery and execution of agreed deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with our digital marketing Agencies to create effective digital marketing campaigns within our demand side platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the bank\u2019s online presence through owned channels and platforms that meets customer needs and deliver leads.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize for brand and non-brand keywords to ensure the bank\u2019s websites rank high on search engine results.<\/li>\n<li>Examine and analyze website traffic, track online leads conversion and report on web assets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the transition from using Third audiences to First party for digital marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Functional Head of Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Campaign Management<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure full coordination and collaboration with other departments and external creative agencies to develop quarterly content calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and manage online promotional campaigns in line with scheduled activities to generate online community interest, engagement, and conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Develop creative story ideas or copies for various online channels that are in line with the Company\u2019s marketing communication strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Management<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that audience are engaged by being proactive and responsive to questions and queries across all digital channels to improve response rate and time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer feedback are appropriately channelled for the necessary actions by Customer Experience Team (CX Team)<\/li>\n<li>To ensure audience responses on all our social media platforms are appropriate for the queries raised and non-automatic in nature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Content Creation<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure alignment of content creation and platform usage on the Bank\u2019s social media platforms to retain interest and drive conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Develop creative story ideas or copies for various online channels that are in line with the Company\u2019s marketing communication strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relationship Building<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships with brand ambassadors through sustainable and effective influencer and blogger management\/engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with product, Digital Transformation, innovation &amp; technology teams to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Capacity Building and Thought Leadership<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and organize periodic training sessions and workshop for relevant staff within key functions on appropriate topics including online communication and its impact on the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Management Reporting and Analytics- 20%<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and organize periodic training sessions and the development of business unit strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Digital assets receive local and or Execution Forum approval.<\/li>\n<li>Manage departmental budgets and ensure all expenditures receive necessary approvals as per policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specific:<\/strong>\u00a0Education, Knowledge, Experience &amp; Expertise<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The jobholder must have a BSc\/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification and\/or a master\u2019s degree in related field is added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>3-6 years proven working experience in Digital Marketing and campaign management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with Google analytics, Google Ads, Web optimization, wireframe design, SEO, and SEM social media channels<\/li>\n<li>Data driven, understands the importance of KPIs, measurement, Tracking and Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of digital marketing experience in the banking industry is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in creative writing, graphic design and photography skills would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Specific<br
