{"id":89676,"date":"2023-08-28T10:41:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=89676"},"modified":"2023-08-28T10:41:00","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:41:00","slug":"kasapreko-company-limited-jobs-2023-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/kasapreko-company-limited-jobs-2023-3.html","title":{"rendered":"Kasapreko Company Limited Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role of an Electrical Maintenance Technician involves the daily implementation of Electrical activities to ensure the effective and efficient operation of Electrical systems at the production plant.<br \/>\n\u2022 The responsibility would include the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to keep the Electrical systems healthy, attending to all Electrical breakdowns, preparing reports on them and the reports of all major Electrical activities, spare parts required through the Maintenance Supervisor regularly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Responsible to complete all Electrical maintenance activities including breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible to carry out Electrical operation of LV and MV equipments and maintenance of LV equipments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Direct responsibility for implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance and equipment history.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for discipline in maintenance work.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for implementing the Electrical safety systems in the plant area.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring for optimized energy utilization in the plant.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible to execute the periodic preventive maintenance has been carried out in all Electrical control panels, motors, UPS etc., (daily, weekly, monthly, half yearly and annual) as per preventive maintenance schedule for trouble free and efficient operation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Attending immediately to electrical breakdown with all electrical equipment\u2019s to minimize the machine down time.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for safer operation of all electrical equipment under his control.<br \/>\n\u2022 Guide machine operators and assistants for safe use of electrical equipment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Help production and other utility personnel for good yield, minimize losses and target achievement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible to prepare breakdown report for all the breakdown stops the line more than 20 min.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible to prepare root cause analysis for all the repeated breakdowns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp;
