{"id":89687,"date":"2023-08-28T10:45:39","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:45:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=89687"},"modified":"2023-08-28T10:45:39","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:45:39","slug":"southey-contracting-ltd-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/southey-contracting-ltd-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Southey Contracting LTD Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The purpose of this role is to play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing out projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 The ideal candidate is expected to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produces the desired results<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop project plans, objectives, scopes, schedules, etc involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide overall guidance on estimation of cost, time and resources required for seamless execution of onshore and mining related projects and scopes<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate the preparation of tender documents and technical proposals<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead in the development of estimates in response to RFQs\/RFPs, sales and pre-construction scopes<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of onshore projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare work packs, method statements and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify, develop and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 BSc or equivalent in an Engineering discipline or related field from a recognised university<br \/>\n\u2022 A professional project management certification will be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Working knowledge in engineering and project software is preferred<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
