In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the functionality of our IT systems by providing basic troubleshooting for network issues, devices, application testing, enforcing IT policies, and assisting with a range of general IT tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in IT and contribute to the overall success of a global organization\u2019s technology operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic network-related problems by collaborating with senior IT staff, and providing guidance to end-users.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance for hardware and software-related issues, including installations, upgrades, and replacements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in enforcing IT policies related to managing user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in testing new app updates for compatibility and functionality, and documenting bugs encountered during testing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date IT documentation and inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshooting during meetings and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc in IT related subject (relevant working experience is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in IT and technology with a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of information security, networking concepts and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software (MS Office Suite\/Google productivity Suite).<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with end-users.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are 2 billion adults worldwide who don\u2019t have a bank account.
