The Restaurant \/ Outlet Manager provides a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the outlet, hotel and Kempinski standards, driving sales and maximises profit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Restaurant Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All rules &amp; regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel\u2019s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.<\/li>\n<li>The sales are driven to the outlet\u2019s full potential and that budget is adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.<\/li>\n<li>The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Innovation and new ideas are fostered, collected and communicated to the Head of Department.<\/li>\n<li>The growth of internal talent within the outlet is successfully implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Support and implement new Talent Development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify internal and external talents* that match Kempinski\u2019s DNA values.<\/li>\n<li>Support career development by training and assigning multi-tasking.<\/li>\n<li>Grow talent in order to present candidates in quarterly Talent Transfer Calls.<\/li>\n<li>Give constant feedback to all employees of the outlet.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct yearly performance appraisals and TTTT\u2019s for all employee of the outlet (unless Head of Department is able to do it), providing feedback on their job performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills And Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BSc in Hospitality Management or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a related role preferably in a 4\/5 star hotel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer services skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate computer and office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>English \u2013 excellent oral and written skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Competencies: (All Must Have)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate for Food &amp; Beverage<\/li>\n<li>People Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Passionate for European luxury<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial<\/li>\n<li>Straightforward<\/li>\n<li>Business Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Sense of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Leader<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and reliable<\/li>\n<li>Tolerant and open minded<\/li>\n<li>Works well under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.
