\n\u2022 Evaluate credit worthiness of potential customers before advancing credit facilities
\n\u2022 Appraise loan applications and make recommendations based on bank\u2019s credit policies
\n\u2022 Monitor the credit performance of clients to avoid bad loans
\n\u2022 Develop credit risk assessment models to improve the credit risk associated with any loan
\n\u2022 Assist in reviewing and updating the bank\u2019s credit policy and monitor to ensure policies and procedures are duly followed in all transactions
\n\u2022 Ensure that all regulatory considerations for credit management are observed by the bank
\n\u2022 Carry out other credit functions that may be assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Professional qualification such as CA(GH), ACCA, ACIB, etc is an added advantage
\n\u2022 A postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, strategy or similar field is added advantage
\n\u2022 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in Credit Administration or a similar role
\n\u2022 Proficiency in the use of Accounting software, T24 and Microsoft suite<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Confidentiality and high standard of personal integrity
\n\u2022 Ability to interpret financial statements
\n\u2022 Understanding of rural and urban enterprise development and management
\n\u2022 Networking, influencing and stakeholder management communications at all levels both internally and externally
\n\u2022 Effective negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications, i.e Word, excel, PowerPoint etc
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of Credit Management Processes and procedures
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge in Banking software applications, especially the T24.<\/p>\n
