{"id":90110,"date":"2023-09-12T09:30:58","date_gmt":"2023-09-12T09:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=90110"},"modified":"2023-09-12T09:30:58","modified_gmt":"2023-09-12T09:30:58","slug":"amalitech-vacancies-2023-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/amalitech-vacancies-2023-4.html","title":{"rendered":"AmaliTech Vacancies 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AmaliTech is seeking an IT-savvy and oriented candidate with 1-2 years of experience in MS O365 and Windows Server 2012 R2 to join our Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: M365 Operations Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level support on Exchange 2013\/Exchange 2019\/Exchange Online (O365)<\/li>\n<li>Receiving, handling, and updating incident tickets<\/li>\n<li>Operating Exchange servers<\/li>\n<li>Operating O365 Mailboxes<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with different teams through problem-solving process (1st level \/ 3rd level \/Microsoft)<\/li>\n<li>Generating reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of some version of Exchange, MS O365 and Windows Server 2012 R2 is required to perform the above tasks<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the English Language<\/li>\n<li>We would like our future colleagues to have a similar mindset: we approach problems with a strong customer, solution and performance orientation.
