You will be involved in<br \/>\nImplementing architectural concepts on the PowerPlatform<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager for PowerPlatform<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating, reading, and analysing monitoring information of the PowerPlatform (number of API requests, Dataverse usage, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the PowerPlatforms using the Center of Excellence Starter Kit<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing customized concepts for the automation of operational tasks<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in PowerPlatform infrastructure (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics)<\/li>\n<li>Basic skills in creating flows and apps to support operational tasks<\/li>\n<li>Implementing architectural concepts on the PowerPlatform<\/li>\n<li>Performing administrative tasks on the PowerPlatform, such as environment creation, license allocation, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting infrastructure issues in the PowerPlatform, as well as in Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse, in collaboration with customer representatives<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with Microsoft support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in M365 Service, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory. Microsoft Admin Center<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Powershell<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Power Platform<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Power Automate<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Power Apps<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Dynamics<\/li>\n<li>Experience in enterprises with complex (server-)infrastructures<\/li>\n<li>Handling of Windows workplaces (EMail, Excel etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in ITIL and agile processes<\/li>\n<li>Usage of Incident-, Problem- Change-Tool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an Operations Manager for PowerPlatform to join our team.
