Panacea Consulting recruits\u00a0<strong>Site Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and support the Authorized Service Providers (ASP) Teams during site installation.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate the installation with the Project Manager, Customer and Authorized Service Provider.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the Installation Technicians work is in accordance with Company procedures and with respect to customer\u2019s directives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the installation process is followed and that correct methods, instructions, checklists, tools and reports are used.<\/li>\n<li>Provisional site acceptance from the ASP or FSO personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Reject wrong Installation execution<\/li>\n<li>Act and report on bad performance by the ASP<\/li>\n<li>Test and Integrate BTS and microwave equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Assure that the customer approves and accept the Installation work.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Follow up on Quality Audit finding and outstanding item lists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience with installation, hardware and software upgrades and the integration of wireless cell site equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of 2G and 3G systems is essential. Further knowledge of microwave and in building systems is also preferred<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of four years experience as an Installation Technician for BTS and transmission products.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 12 months experience as a Radio or Transmission Site Supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with Company Radio Base Station and MiniLink transmission is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong PC Skills and conversant with Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English required.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified to work at heights and fall rescue.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Ghanaian Drivers License required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates the capacity to lead and mentor Installation personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with people from various backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies needs of both internal and external customers and meets or exceeds their expectations in a resource efficient way.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates should send their resumes to: <a href=\"mailto:info@panaceaconsultin.com\"><strong>info@panaceaconsultin.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Panacea Consulting\u00a0provides a range of wireless consultancy services, both strategic and tactical.
