{"id":91185,"date":"2023-10-20T18:34:45","date_gmt":"2023-10-20T18:34:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=91185"},"modified":"2023-10-20T18:34:45","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T18:34:45","slug":"irc-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/irc-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"IRC Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Programme Officer \u2013 Wash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary of Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Undertake project management with partners<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake field level activities of projects in the Ahafo Region<br \/>\n\u2022 Support to undertake research and studies<br \/>\n\u2022 Support learning and knowledge management at the district and regional level \u2013 District and Regional Learning Alliance Platforms<br \/>\n\u2022 Submit quality and timely reports on project implementation<br \/>\n\u2022 Support business development and fundraising<br \/>\n\u2022 Submit quality and timely reports for the IRC reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the District Hub office<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience, an additional qualification will be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Good basic knowledge and understanding of the main concepts and trends in the water, sanitation and hygience (Wash) sector<br \/>\n\u2022 Relevant experience of research (Design, data analysis and report writing) and policy analysis<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate experience learning and knowledge management and networking<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven field work coordination experience<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluent in English and preferable one local language and good writing skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Willing to work in a district and travel nationally and internationally<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in working in a district is an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of project management will be an added advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Period<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidate will initially be oferred a one-year contract with six-months probation period.
