Being responsible for setting up and tracking of project timings and the appropriate reporting to all stakeholders. Leading interdisciplinary and international project teams. Managing all projects related tasks in cooperation with Business Units as well as GB Foods key operations functions of Procurement and Quality and to supports all other departments to enable the achievement of the defined business goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Development Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead project teams from brief until the plant implementation of the product.- Development itself: Define and declare formulations.<\/li>\n<li>Pilot plant \/plant trials<\/li>\n<li>Shelf-life decisions<\/li>\n<li>Following of timings \/ COG\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholders\/team coordination<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Factory teams, Purchasing, Co-manufacturers and other technical functions<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage multiple projects and collaborative partnership<\/li>\n<li>Desire to challenge assumptions and identify new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Apply learnings in an effective way<\/li>\n<li>Apply critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Follow prescribed procedures and company policies and values<\/li>\n<li>Attend the day-to-day problems concerning factories\/consumer<\/li>\n<li>Category product maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate degree in Food Science, Food Process or Agricultural Engineering<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 experience in project management of product development and efficiency projects preferably in dry convenience foods or dry ingredients sector.
