{"id":92319,"date":"2023-11-27T17:14:36","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T17:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92319"},"modified":"2023-11-27T17:14:36","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T17:14:36","slug":"lmi-holdings-vacancies-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/lmi-holdings-vacancies-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Lmi Holdings Vacancies 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: New Business Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Achieve Land Sales targets for industrial parks and other land development projects for LMI Land investments Group<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Achieve all sales target through a diligent and intelligent approach<br \/>\n\u2022 Meet with clients virtually or in-person.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain accurate records and update your sales funnel and other sales data on daily basis<br \/>\n\u2022 Attend trade exhibitions\/conference to develop your leads pipeline<br \/>\n\u2022 Work towards daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets<br \/>\n\u2022 Contact potential customers by phone, email or in-person, by first research potential clients to ensure the meet your ICP.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that your sales presentations and negotiations are made in a structured and professional manner<br \/>\n\u2022 Answer client enquiries, questions and attend to all site tours relating to the sale of land.
