{"id":92322,"date":"2023-11-27T17:09:05","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T17:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92322"},"modified":"2023-11-27T17:09:05","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T17:09:05","slug":"transmed-jobs-2023-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/transmed-jobs-2023-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Transmed Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To provide the first level of help desk support to the issues reported by the business users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Support Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Installs and configures computer hardware\/software, printers, conference room equipments and scanners within agreed SLA.<br \/>\n\u2013 Troubleshoots computer problems and determine source (hardware, software or network connection related) and advise on appropriate actions and solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Backup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Takes daily backup for all systems to ensure business continuity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inventory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use, and advising management on ordering where necessary.<br \/>\n\u2013 Procures the needed IT equipments in line with the organization procurement policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transmed Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Education &amp; Professional Certifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or similar field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational &amp; Managerial Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0 \u2013 1 years of experience in IT Support role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To provide the first level of help desk support to the issues reported by the business users.
