{"id":92408,"date":"2023-11-29T13:48:04","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T13:48:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92408"},"modified":"2023-11-29T13:48:04","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T13:48:04","slug":"michael-page-jobs-2023-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/michael-page-jobs-2023-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Michael Page Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a leading international FMCG company launching its first impact social fund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Impact Fund Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set-up Impact Hub (Legal, Branding, Team\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Define and propose to the Investment Committee the different strategic Options of where to invest.<\/li>\n<li>Execute the approved Investment Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Establish and build\/foster Strategic Partnerships that support the efforts of community members and that drive revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor the annual budget for the identified projects.<\/li>\n<li>Identify income opportunities that will positively impact the P&amp;L.<\/li>\n<li>Implement strong financial controls and closely monitor incoming cash and expenditure.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the entire portfolio of projects from inception to realization.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness of the initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Report on community impact activities to the Trustees Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketing department on branding ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other areas at client including communication or corporate Affairs<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement systems, tools and processes to ensure the efficient running of operations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Successful Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Community, or related studies. A senior degree (e.g. MBA) will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of six (6) years experience in a similar role with three (3)years in leadership experience of 2 or more people.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive P&amp;L knowledge<\/li>\n<li>English proficiently. Fluency in French will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of community development projects<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant legislations governing community development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a leading international FMCG company launching its first impact social fund.
