{"id":92421,"date":"2023-11-29T14:00:41","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T14:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92421"},"modified":"2023-11-29T14:00:41","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T14:00:41","slug":"old-mutual-jobs-2023-11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-jobs-2023-11.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Bank assurance Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is Individually accountable for Managing sales support processes to ensure profitability &amp; to meet business targets.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize the distribution of insurance products through the Ecobank Ghana branch network.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, train, and motivate the Bancassurance sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at Ecobank Ghana, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the sales team is well-versed in Old Mutual\u2019s insurance products and services and provide regular training and updates to keep them informed of product changes and updates.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and sales metrics, and take proactive measures to improve performance and address any issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, providing guidance and support to the team in this regard.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to Head of Bancassurance.<\/li>\n<li>Foster excellent customer relationships by handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing outstanding service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant degree in Insurance or Business<\/li>\n<li>3 years or more experience in a similar role within the insurance industry with proven track record of exceptional performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Effectiveness:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with others to achieve Area results.<\/li>\n<li>Makes increased contributions by broadening individual Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Accepts and Live the Company Values and Behaviours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.
