We promote meritocracy, decide fast and commit, and worship data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is pivotal in enhancing our social media presence and effectively engaging our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and a knack for storytelling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain Fido\u2019s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels<\/li>\n<li>Create and curate high-quality content for social media, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, ensuring regular updates and posts are in line with our content calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to engage with our audience and address inquiries or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the design team for the creation of visually appealing graphics and assets for social media.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including creating and optimizing ad content.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Fido\u2019s social media strategies are innovative and effective.<\/li>\n<li>Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands to extend our social media reach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinking and a keen eye for design elements.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are 2B adults worldwide that don\u2019t have a bank account. 2B.
