{"id":92490,"date":"2023-11-30T16:57:51","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T16:57:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92490"},"modified":"2023-11-30T16:57:51","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T16:57:51","slug":"lincoln-community-school-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/lincoln-community-school-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"Lincoln Community School Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Facilities Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work with various stakeholders and building contractors in implementing the school\u2019s campus redevelopment projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for ensuring that all campus and housing facilities are maintained and mandate to a high standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for preventative maintenance of all teacher housing and campus and housing maintenance issues as required<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for liaising with landlords and service companies on campus and housing maintenance issues as required<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for managing the school\u2019s requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for ensuring accurate record keeping on all facilities purchases and maintaining appropriate documentation such as warranty and service documentation on equipment<br \/>\n\u2022 Managing the energy consumption on campus and teacher housing units and advising on energy-efficient systems<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for setting up operational systems required in managing the facilities department ensuing appropriate systems are in place to enhance efficiencies and effective of the service<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the preparation of documents for tenders for contractors as and when the need arises<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for project managing, supervising and coordinating work of contractors appointed to work on campus facilities to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for obtaining quotes and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money in facilities projects<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations and Facilities Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Accredited facilities manager certification<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in any field, preferably in building services<br \/>\n\u2022 Membership in the international facilities management association is preferred<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience, skills and abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a facilities management role in a large organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven experience in handling customer complaints<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven experience of successfully developing and creating facilities management systems and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven experience in successfully developing and managing budgets<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in managing contract<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in project management<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven extensive knowledge of best practice facilities management<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, ability to lead and work collaborative, flexible creative thinker<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent organisational skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective oral and written communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of food and transport services operational requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent IT Skills<\/p>\n<p>The compensation package is competitive.
