Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Energy &amp; Fluids Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The key purpose of this role is responsible for leading the Process Engineering function in the Brewery. Optimize the generation and utilization of all utilities within the process. Identifying and delivering initiatives to deliver step change performance improvement and process stability to realize true process capability.<\/p>\n<p>Key roles and responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply engineering principles in assisting Brewing and E&amp;F production teams to achieve optimal plant performance<\/li>\n<li>Provide line support for situational and systemic problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Execute identified process optimization initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Execute identified process capability studies<\/li>\n<li>Provide design support for regional capital projects<\/li>\n<li>Support the execution of regional capital projects<\/li>\n<li>Lead small CAPIN projects in Brewing and\/or E&amp;F plants<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to process engineering trainees<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the identification and closure of Brewing and E&amp;F technological gaps<\/li>\n<li>Manage, co-ordinate and implement improvement projects to ensure optimization of Brewing and E&amp;F plant and process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Min BSc Chemical engineering or equivalent qualification<\/li>\n<li>Checked out Process Engineer<\/li>\n<li>3 \u20135 Years\u2019 Experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of problem techniques and process optimization<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of E&amp;F and Brewing plant, Process Controls and Automation, design and commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Rigorous analytical skills and ability to apply them to complex problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop project plans and meet project deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Work on his\/her own initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BAND: VIII<\/p>\n<p>AB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
