{"id":92906,"date":"2023-12-11T13:57:59","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T13:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92906"},"modified":"2023-12-11T13:57:59","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T13:57:59","slug":"totalenergies-jobs-2023-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/totalenergies-jobs-2023-6.html","title":{"rendered":"TotalEnergies Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The job holder is responsible for the execution of new investment \/ projects on the Existing and construction of new Network Station as directed by Project Engineering Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Other responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares Design Drawings, Specifications and Bill of Quantities and other related tender documents.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates bids by contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the construction works (civil, electrical, mechanical, painting plumbing etc).<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the quality, safety and environmental standards are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes training sessions for construction and other works contractors in company procedures, work methods and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all statutory and regulatory permits are obtained for all new projects.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all safety, health and environment related issues, training, and program implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contexte et environnement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The environment (exchange rates and inflations) poses challenges in the management of costs of projects due to frequent increase in the cost of construction materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projects need to be planned in advanced in order to prevent such extra cost issues.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most projects \/ Works\/ Campaigns need to be executed with formal contracts to consolidate the positions of both parties.<\/li>\n<li>Another challenge is the difficulties in getting Approval from the regulatory and government agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The bureaucratic manner in which they work delays permits for project implementation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zero recordable incident \/ accident rate.<\/li>\n<li>Effective implementation of company\u2019s capital projects, on budget, time and within set standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The job holder is responsible for the execution of new investment \/ projects on the Existing and construction of new Network Station as directed by Project Engineering Manager.
