{"id":92929,"date":"2023-12-11T14:12:31","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T14:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=92929"},"modified":"2023-12-11T14:12:31","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T14:12:31","slug":"old-mutual-jobs-2023-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-jobs-2023-12.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Client Service Consultant\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is individually accountable for assisting a variety of clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide telephonic and face to face service to customers and intermediaries.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to business, process and compliance rules<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with other departments, intermediaries and sales advisors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer relationships in person or telephonically.<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality checks on own work and adheres to service and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with others to achieve business results.<\/li>\n<li>Inform clients of requirements, procedures and provide input to other areas such as client feedback or queries.<\/li>\n<li>Perform general office administration such as follow-ups, client call-backs and policy changes.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and resolves customer complaints and queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelors\u2019 Degree in any discipline from an accredited tertiary institution<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and structured, able to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovative<\/li>\n<li>Customer relations\/Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong database management ability (Excel, Access etc)<\/li>\n<li>Execution<\/li>\n<li>Initiating Action\/Proactive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.
