\nHe\/She is also responsible for implementing a strategic development plan for an institution with high-quality market-oriented programmes, and recruiting academic and administrative staff<\/p>\n

\nA leader with the vision, drive, and intellectual ability to implement the university’s vision and build cordial relationships with all stakeholders
\nAn administrative with a proven track record of leadership of an organization with the ability to communicate across the culture, ensure efficient managements of the university’s financial resources, and raise funds and resources for research and other activities of the university
\nA person of integrity with the capacity to motivate staff and maintain high professional standards
\nA minimum qualification of an earned PhD in any discipline from a recognized university
\nAt least fifteen (15) years post qualification work experience in teaching and administration in a university or analogous institution<\/p>\n
