{"id":93033,"date":"2023-12-13T13:00:06","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T13:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=93033"},"modified":"2023-12-13T13:00:06","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T13:00:06","slug":"ghana-enterprises-agency-gea-jobs-2023-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/ghana-enterprises-agency-gea-jobs-2023-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA) Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The District Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of interventions to promote MSMEs at the District level<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: District Coordinators \u2013 Business Development Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Overall coordination of GEA Projects \/ programmes at the District level and assist MSMEs to complete application forms with correct details and ensure that all prerequisite documents are provided<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring MSMEs are registered at the District level to build GEAs Clientele and keeps records of all registered MSMEs in a database for the implementation of future programmes<br \/>\n\u2022 Conducting thorough due diligence \/ diagnostic review on MSMEs where required by validating business type, location and other relevant details provided by the applicant<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring all GEA projects\/programmes reach beneficiaries of GEA projects\/programmes on a regular basis<br \/>\n\u2022 Assisting MSMEs organize, compile and keep track of their financial records<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinating capacity building activities for target groups at the district level<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinating the implementation of interventions to promote MSMEs access to markets, grants and credit<br \/>\n\u2022 Assisting MSMEs register and obtain certificates from responsible regulatory bodies<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying appropriate E-commerce\/social media platforms, set up accounts based on the nature of businesses and monitor the progress of activities of MSMEs on the platforms to ensure thet are not dormant<br \/>\n\u2022 Providing Business counselling services and conduct needs assessment through surveys\/interviews to understand the needs of the MSMEs<br \/>\n\u2022 Conducting survey or interviews with MSMEs at the District level to understand their business training needs<br \/>\n\u2022 Performing any other additional assignment as directed by management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum HND or First Degree in any related subject<br \/>\n\u2022 2 years relevant work experience in a similar position<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to train and communicate (verbally &amp;
