\u2022 The successful candidate will join as an Admin and Travel Coordinator in the Supply Chain Department.
\n\u2022 (S)He will report to the Fleet Manager and will oversee all aspects of the companys travel needs in line with company policies and procedures by enforcing compliance and budgetary adherence.<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Admin and Travel Coordinator\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Travel reservations, this includes arranging travel for but not limited to: All HQ requests.
\n\u2022 Help resolve staff travel issues such as trouble shooting unforeseen delays.
\n\u2022 Seek opportunities and offer suggestions to improve travel process.
\n\u2022 Hotel reservations pre-pay all room and taxes for all reservations.
\n\u2022 Confirm lowest logical hotel booking.
\n\u2022 Reporting on monthly travel and lodging expenses.
\n\u2022 Assist in negotiation of travel service providers contracts on behalf of AT and ensure compliance.
\n\u2022 Assist in the management of the recruitment, on boarding and administration of Travel Management partners.
\n\u2022 Make recommendation for service enhancements and initiate process, procedures and policy improvements.
\n\u2022 Manage external visitors to the office: preparing meeting rooms and videoconferencing services.
\n\u2022 Review travel claims and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, validity and conformity with approval and budget.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with the finance section, regarding reimbursement of travel, and timely review of travel claims and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, validity, and conformity with AT rules prior to approval.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with finance section, regarding reimbursement of travel, and timely partner payments.
\n\u2022 Ensure service excellence of the admin section for the customer service and satisfaction for stakeholders.<\/p>\n

OTHER DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 May be tasked to co-ordinate support services within the Admin Function.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

\u2022 University degree in Management, Social Sciences or similar
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Travel Industry.
\n\u2022 Excellent oral and written English.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including word, excel and outlook.
\n\u2022 Willingness and ability to travel.<\/p>\n
