MSI\u2019s goal is to meet the needs of the underserved and dramatically improve access to the use of family planning and other reproductive health services.\u00a0 MSIG is part of Marie Stopes International\u2019s Global Partnership, which operates in over 43 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0 Promote the concept of family planning through health education<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Work closely with clinic supervisors in service delivery especially in delegated areas of duty<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Assist in administering drugs prescribed by Doctors to clients.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Assist in compilation of data and preparation of reports<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Participate full in MSIG institutional strengthening and capacity building activities<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Have a public relations and promotional role with colleagues, GHS and the general public<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Identify appropriate training needs within outreach teams and in consultation with the outreach co-ordinate, arrange for appropriate trainings and induction of new teams.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Provide core MSIG clinical services including: conselling, pregnancy test, implant insertion &amp; removal<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Assist doctor to perform voluntary sterilisation<\/p>\n<p><strong>The person must<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0 Hold a recognised certificate in community health nursing<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Registered with the nurses and midwives council of Ghana.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 At least 2 years post-graduation experience working in a similar role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified applicants should send their applications addressed to:-<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Head \u2013 Human Resource<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Marie Stopes Int.
