The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and increasing customer engagement through strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of online marketing techniques, and a track record of delivering measurable results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email, and search engines.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other digital advertising networks to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia content (e.g., videos, and infographics).<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive business growth and success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates should submit their resume, portfolio, and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience to\u00a0<strong>freda@brolly.africa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The deadline for application is March 31st, 2024.
