Job Description <\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: ICT Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 The person shall ensure the smooth running of the Bank\u2019s Core Banking software Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Minimum of First Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related IT programmes. \n\u2022 The person shall supervise ICT staff
\n\u2022 The person shall provide support for users
\n\u2022 The person shall advise management on the best available option for its LAN and WAN
\n\u2022 The person shall spearhead end of day and end of year activities
\n\u2022 The personal shall be responsible for the management and safety of ICT infrastructure of the Bank
\n\u2022 The person shall attend meetings of the Board Sub-Committee on ICT and any other Committee as may be assigned
\n\u2022 Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position in the rural banking industry<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be able to manage classified information
\n\u2022 Must possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines<\/p>\n
