\n\u2022 The person shall assess the internal control measures of the Bank and make recommendations to tighten them
\n\u2022 The person shall be tasked with the independent testing of the Bank\u2019s compliance Programme
\n\u2022 The person shall ensure staff adherence to all operational policies and procedures of the Bank
\n\u2022 The person shall report to the Board through the Audit and Finance sub-committee
\n\u2022 The person shall oversee the work of the systems auditor
\n\u2022 The person review budget of the Bank
\n\u2022 The person shall be the liaison officer between the Bank and External auditors
\n\u2022 Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position in the rural bank industry<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Must possess good planning, quantitative and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Must possess strong computer literacy skills
\n\u2022 Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
\n\u2022 Must be able to manage classified information<\/p>\n
