The incumbent will be responsible for managing all premium collection processes to ensure that all premiums due are collected and applied to respective policies. The incumbent will also give guidance to team members and manage stakeholder engagements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Premium Administration Head\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Result Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective collection of premiums and to develop alternate channels of collection<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze and provide insights of bank and worksites performance and identify any emerging trends on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Report on Bank and Worksite billings in detail and on non-collection of premiums and how to manage them<\/li>\n<li>Carry out consolidations audit to streamline billing and consolidation of premiums<\/li>\n<li>Effective Stakeholder engagement and effective strategic partnerships and to improve data integrity<\/li>\n<li>Stabilize and ensure effective management and control environment in premium administration.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient Bancassurance premium administration support.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Insurance laws, rules and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited University is required<\/p>\n<p>Experience in Premium Administration or similar role would be beneficial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal Effectiveness:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accountable for services delivery through own efforts<\/p>\n<p>Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality<\/p>\n<p>Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.<\/p>\n<p>Accepts and lives the company values.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Data Analysis Skills<\/p>\n<p>Innovative<\/p>\n<p>Customer relations\/Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>Strong Database management ability (Excel, Access etc)<\/p>\n<p>Execution<\/p>\n<p>Initiating Action\/Proactive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role is responsible for ensuring that the strategic initiatives of the business in relation to collection and billing of premiums are executed.
