Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager
- Develop a marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with a sales team
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget
- Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Prepare online and print marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Create a wide range of different marketing materials
- Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Other duties as may apply
Required Skills or Experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, financial management, leadership skills
- Should have technical knowledge of the product and strong convincing powers to sell the products
- Ability to interact with variety of individuals up to top-level management
- Applicant must have analytical skills, creativity, tech savvy and ability to lead a team
- Relationship management
- Result oriented, meticulous and flexible, have good interpersonal skills and initiative
- An out-going personality
- The applicant must not be more than 36 years old at the time of the application
