Job Description

Supervise the upkeep of all property to high standard and recommend basic building and maintenance work where required
Prepare budget for all services and annual expenses on company’s property
Ensure that proper records of all company property are maintained efficiently and in accordance with legislationa and company policy
Handle all aspects of a transaction from requirements analysis, market surveys, site searches, selection recommendation, lease negotiation, space planning, interior design, build-out, furnishings and move-in
Verify, reconcile and process operationg costs, taxes, utilities and miscellaneous charges received by the company
Report on any breaches of safety and security and/or highlight security related matters of which the Safety and Security Officer may need to be aware
Perform regular checks on company property and submit reporys to the General Manager

Required Skills or Experience

Educational Qualification:

Minimum of BSc in Land Economy or a related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years experience in property management
Skills, Abilities, Compentencies:
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hardworking, team player, result-oriented and the ability to multitask
Candidates must have own accomodation and reside in Kumasi
