Our client is looking for result oriented and highly motivated individual to fill the position of a secretary.

Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Secretary

Job Location

Responsibilities

Managing the front desk and performing reception duties
Receiving clients and handling clients tactfully, efficiently and professionally
Providing efficient secretarial support by typing legal documents including letters
Implementing a maintenance schedule for all office equipment
Ensuring that the office is kept clean at all times
Ensuring timely procurement of office supplies and regular payment of utility bills
Helping to create a friendly and supportive work environment
Any other assignment that you may from time to time be given.

Requirements

Speed typing is essential
Minimum of HND or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Must have at a least two (2) years experience in a similar role
Must be proficient in the use of MS Word with good computer skills: e-mails and ability to retrieve information from the internet.
Excellent communication and skills are essential
