Job Title: Customer Assistants

Responsibilities

To be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers both face to face and over the phone by professionally providing information as requested

• Deal promptly with requests and on the telephone and face to face.
• Channel queries to the correct person if it cannot be resolved at Enquiry counter
• Give basic advise on products and services.
• Give quality service to uphold the Bank image.
• Responsible for Balance enquiries at counter.
• Assist customers with completion of bank product and service documentation, including loan application forms.
• Responsible for Stationery management, filing and photocopying items.

Requirements

• An HND or first degree from a recognized university;
• At least one (1) year experience working in a banking environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication.
• Good knowledge of banking products and a basic understanding of banking operations, practices and regulations.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem solving skills coupled. Computer literacy with flair for banking software applications
