Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
As the first point of contact for the company, to provide excellent customer service to all visitors and to provide accurate information about company to clients, prospective clients and visitors. To provide administrative support to management as and when required.
Meet and greet all visitors to the company presenting the professional image of the company. This will include answering queries and providing accurate information about the company where necessary.
Assist the MD and ED by maintaining their diaries, booking appointments and confirming meetings/activities. Prompt them of such appointments ahead of time.
Receiving of all incoming calls, making phone calls on behalf of company.
Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for all pending trips and facilitate transport arrangements
Responsible for all outgoing mails as well as incoming mails ensuring that the details of all such mails are recorded.
Responsible for MD & ED meals and that of guests to the company.
Responsible for the procurement and management of all logistics for the company including stationery, water, drinks as well as snacks & food during team events.
Perform secretarial duties such as typing letters, filing of documents and conducting research on the internet as directed.
And all other duties that may be assigned by the MD/ED
At least a Diploma in Business Studies (Secretarial Option) or an equivalent course
Secretarial skills such as typing and note taking with organisational skills
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office is essential
A minimum of 2 years experience in similar field is preferred
