Job Title: MAINTENANCE & INTEGRITY LEAD

Job Location

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Ghana Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and sustainability of Maintenance & Integrity Management of the company’s subsea, export system, and infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvements in asset integrity across the business unit
Develop and manage asset integrity management metrics in line with the Operations Team KPI’s
Develop, implement and maintain appropriate Integrated Management System (IMS) content for asset integrity management
Ensure that Safety/Environmental Critical Elements (S/ECEs) are appropriately identified and defined
Ensure that the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) planned maintenance is appropriate for maintaining asset integrity.
Have oversight of Business Unit Safety Case status, Case to Operate processes, S/ECEs and Performance Standard Management.
Monitor conformance with corporate production operations and asset integrity policies and standards, recommend and support improvements
Lead Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) Maintenance & Integrity reviews, pre-start-up assurance reviews
Provide management expertise for asset shutdown planning and execution.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 15 years’ offshore oil and gas development experience
Detailed working knowledge of Energy Institute Process Safety Management Framework (or equivalent)
Extensive experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Operations including deep water subsea with an asset maintenance and integrity background.
Experience working with Operation and Maintenance contractors
Good understanding of computerized maintenance management systems
Good working knowledge of UK Safety Case Regulations
Good understanding of Class and Flag State requirements for FPSOs
Proficient in the use of Maximo Asset Management software is preferred.
