Job Description

Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

Key results areas/ responsibilities

• Advise operational staff on regulatory compliance, financial security, ethics, reputation risk and advise within the framework of New Products Committees
• Raise awareness and train staff on the importance of adopting the standards in force and respecting the Compliance Policy
• Identify, report to the Hierarchy and the Regulator the identified compliance dysfunctions and follow up on ad hoc corrective measures
• Check the relevance and ensure diligent implementation of the Compliance Policy and Charter
• Use the dedicated Managerial Monitoring controls, a set of synthetic indicators of which must be communicated to the Management of the entity.

Job Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a professional qualification in Law, Finance, Economics, Control of banking risks, financial security and compliance, taxation, audit or any other equivalent diploma. Must have knowledge of banking trades, products and services. Must have knowledge of compliance issues and have a cross-functional business vision.
