Job Description

Job Title: Secretary

Responsibilities

• Managing the front desk and performing reception duties
• Receiving clients and handling clients tactfully, efficiently and professionally
• Providing efficient secretarial support by typing legal documents including letters
• Implementing a maintenance schedule for all office equipment
• Ensuring that the office is kept clean at all times
• Ensuring timely procurement of office supplies and regular payment of utility bills
• Helping to create a friendly and supportive work environment
• Any other assignment that you may from time to time be given.

Requirements

• Speed typing is essential
• Minimum of HND or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Must have at least two (2) years experience in a similar role
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Word with good computer skills: emails and to retrieve information from the internet.
• Excellent communication and skills are essential
