These are demanding but exciting positions with a leading Ghanaian Financial Services Group which seeks to appoint results driven individuals.

Executive Assistant To Group Chief Executive Officer:
The Executive Assistant will have broad responsibilities in offering direct support to the Group Chief Executive Officer. The Successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and capable of meeting the challenging intellectual and physical demands of the job

Responsibilities will be varied, and will primarily involve supporting the Group Chief Executive Officer in his role. Key responsibilities will include the following:

Coordinating various high level activities with Senior Executives within the Group as well as external professional Advisors
Financial and qualitative analysis of projects and plans under consideration; monitoring and tracking against agreed targets and timelines and submission of reports
Active involvement in the delivery of the Group’s business strategy
Representing the Group externally as may be required

Required Skills or Experience

Self confident and capable of high standard of reasoning, written and verbal communication
Ability to understand and work with financial reports and business concepts
Demonstrates commitment to Group’s mission, vision and values
Demonstrated openness to change and ability to manage complexities
Strong analytical ability and influencing skills
A good first degree. An MBA in Finance or General Management will be an advantage
A number of years’ business experience
Experience in the usage of office software packages
Knowledge of French and international exposure will be additional advantage
