Job Description
Job Title: People and Culture Manager
Location: Accra, Ghana
Contract Type: Open Ended
Oxfam in Ghana is looking for a People and Culture Manager to lead on all organizational development and people management issues. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Oxfam’s HR policies and procedures in order to effectively support the achievement of the Oxfam Country Strategy.
