An international Think Tank is looking for the services and an experienced manager to manage its HR and Admin department.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement best practice HR policies
Advise management on HR strategy
Handle employee relations and labour law matters
Required Skills or Experience
University Degree
5 years experience in a similar role
Experience in a start up a plus
Knowledge of international assigned packages and requirements
Good relationship building skills
Working knowledge of labour law
MS Office suit
