A reputable growing Bank is looking for suitable and experienced persons for immediate employment as:- Branch Managers

Job Requirements

Key Tasks will include:

•   Responsibility for ensuring effective administration and operational efficiency of the branch by strictly adhering to internal control policies
•   Ensuring that security and safety objectives of the branch are met.
•   Provide superior customer care that promotes sales and service culture to ensure a high level of client retention
•   Provide effective leadership that drives business and motivates the team to perform
•   Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements from Bank of Ghana, including anti-money laundering requirements and staff code of conduct
•   Strive to increase the Bank’s market share and enhance business relationships

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of First Degree from a recognised university (preferably Marketing, Banking and Finance) and/or professional qualification in Banking
•   Should have six(6) years working experience in a similar position with a bank
•   Experience in retail credit administration
•   High degree of organisation and flexibility
•   Ability to lead a team
•   Ability to work under-pressure
