Job Title: Secretarial Assistant
The University invites application for the position of Secretarial Assistant. This advert supersedes any earlier adverts. The main purpose of this position is to assist the Vice President and Dean of the Faculty in the day-to-day administration, including ensuring that the life-cycle of a student is carried out operationally. The Secretarial Assistant will be the first point of contact for most faculty inquiries.
Please note that this is first and foremost a secretarial position and the applicant must be able to type a minimum of 90 wpm with 90% accuracy. All applicants will be tested to determine their typing speed. The incumbent will be expected to:
1. HND from a recognised institution in administration, business or a related discipline
2. Excellent typing skills; the applicant must be able to type a minimum of 90 wpm with 90% accuracy.
