Agave Rural Bank Limited is one of the finest Rural Banks in the Volta Region of Ghana, which provides banking services to the public within its catchment areas.

Job Description

The manager will:

1. Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch
2. Co-ordinate and control operational activities between head office and the branches yet to be opened
3. Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly returns to Head Office for onward submission to Apex Bank and the Bank of Ghana
4. Be responsible for controlling  cost and ensuring that  the Bank operates within budget

Required Skills or Experience

1. Must have at least a first degree or professional qualification in any relevant discipline
2. Must have at least 7- 10 years banking experience
3. Must have excellent management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills
4. Must have high sense of responsibility, with result oriented working attitude
5. Must be able to implement all operational policies of banking services in addition to effective and efficient deposit mobilization
6. Must have good interpersonal and keen business development skills
7. Must be computer literate and familiar with Banking Software preferably T24
8. Must not be above 50 years of age
