The Atiwa Rural Bank Ltd is inviting applications from suitable persons for the following position.
The Role:
- The Accountant/Operations Manager will assist the management in the day-to-day operations of the Bank
- Any duty that would be assigned by the Board and Management
- The Mobile Bankers would be tasked with the daily field operations of the Bank
Required Skills or Experience
- BSc. Accounting, B.Com; Applicants with Part 2 of CA/ACCA/ACIB preferred. HND holders will be considered for mobile Banking
- Applicants must have had 3 years practical experience in a financial institution as an accountant or operations officer. Applicants for mobile banking must have had at least 1 year experience in the field; knowledge in micro finance will be an advantage
Expectation: The applicant should e:
- Self motivated with good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytically minded individuals
- Must be Computer Literate – proficiency in at least Micro-soft (word & Excel) is expected
- Should be able to undertake assignments with minimum or no supervision
