Barclays Bank Ghana Jobs: Resourcing Manager

To ensure effective resource management within the business through focused resource planning, recruitment and selection and implementation of initiatives in line with the business strategy

Develop an effective candidate pipelining strategy
Work closing with other Resourcing Advisors to share best practice and improve resourcing management effectiveness across the Region
Act as primary point of contact with external recruitment agencies ensuring delivery to predetermine standards
Produce the Business manpower plan; ensuring it is updated on a regular basis to reflect current and future requirements against business needs
Pro actively educate and train Line Managers to ensure they are technically developed and coached in all aspects of resource management
Build effective relationships, Influence and motivate the Business Unit Heads and Line Managers and managers to ensure their wholehearted commitment to effective resource management
Ensure end to end candidate management

Required Skills or Experience

Previous experience of e-recruitment systems and on line assessment/psychometric tools
Three (3) years resourcing experience in a high paced, high delivery environment
Functional HR Planning & execution skills
In-depth knowledge of best practice Human Resource policies, and strategies
A minimum of first degree in Human Resource Management or relevant professional qualification
