Job Description

Job Title: Loan Officer

Marketing loans products.
•   Discussing loan requirements with borrowers.
•   Evaluating the credit request and preparing the appropriate recommendations (Screen and Appraise Credit Clients.), Monitoring repayments.
•   Collecting due/overdue loan installments.
•   Files and maintains all records and information on lending in your operational area.
•   Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual Portfolio Report in your operational area.
•   Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution.
•   Reconcile credit transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
•   Submits monthly credit statistics and reports to Management
•   Submits quarterly reports on overall lending performance to management.
•   Meeting targets.
•   Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   REQUIREMENT:  High National Diploma (Accounting/Finance/Banking/Marketing) or Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting/Finance/Banking/Marketing)
•   Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer preferably in a Microfinance Institution

Salary: GH?500.00-GH?800.00
