1. Senior Financial Analyst
Job Requirements:
- A Chartered Accountant or relevant degree in finance, engineering or mining related discipline
- A minimum of 7 years practical experience, three of which relates to mining business and financial processes
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Capital Effectiveness processes
- Familiarity with mining business economics, financial modeling, budgeting and business planning
- Operational or project management experience
2. Regional Supply Chain Business Process & Project Analyst
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field with experience in supply chain related/Mining
- Support experience or equivalent combination of training and experience as necessary
- Must have 1 – 2 years’ experience in management leading teams and Supply Chain/Mining
- Knowledge of SAP, Ellipse or equivalent enterprise level software packages are required
3. Licensing & Ancillary Trainer – Akyem Project
- A minimum of HND with 2-3 years of experience in the relevant technical field or similar training with 7 years of experience
- Experience with competency based training, on and off job
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Technical knowledge of all vehicles on site
- Ghanaian Driver’s License class F with safety background
4. Computer & Soft Skills Instructor – Ahafo Mine
- Must have a degree or profession diploma in Information Technology
- Possession of teacher’s Certificate A is an advantage
- Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of all popular computer programs
- Excellent teaching, facilitation interpersonal and communication skills
- English and Twi language ability (spoken and written)
5. Development Geologist – Akyem Project
- A degree in Geoscience or related field with knowledge of geological principles
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of practical Exploration/Mine Geology experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal and PC skills required
6. Mine Maintenance Superintendent – Akyem Project
- A degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering with 10 years’ experience or equivalent management position or 15 years’ combination of relevant education and experience as a maintenance superintendent
- Experience with facility design, equipment, development and management of MARC agreements
- Knowledge of computer management tools such as Mine Star, Modular Dispatch, VIMS and Ellipse is recommended
- Strong presentation, facilitation, consultation, interpersonal and negotiation and conflict resolution skills
