The National Account Manager will be accountable for driving the largest incremental revenues and new business sales within National Accounts. Success will be measured in year on year profitable revenue growth, the sales of new, integrated product and service solutions for fixed and mobile measured in TCV, new business revenue and base management.
Bachelor degree or its equivalent

At least five years of enterprise solutions sales experience within technology services and relationship management (Track record of global accounts/enterprise solution selling) within multi-national companies. Knowledge of mobile data application development, professional services, IT services sales background preferable
Experience of identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-centric solutions with an international context.
Demonstrated ability to influence at C-level, network at middle management levels within customer and partner companies, and proven success with relationship management within multinational companies
Demonstrated understanding of important financial concepts, the IT&T environments, purchasing practices and industry specific aspects of corporate customers
An understanding of corporate governance in complex organisations.
Ability to lead and manage an internationally distributed team in a changing environment
Demonstrated success in networking at middle management levels (customers and partners) with strong relationship management skills
Contribute to the Vodafone Ghana sales strategy and decision-making processes, providing relevant inputs
Detailed understanding of the enterprise solutions needs of the Ghanaian corporate sector.
Ability to exercise “thought leadership” throughout Vodafone Ghana and customer organisations.
Self motivated and self starting, with the resilience to drive sales opportunities through to their final successful conclusion.
A solid commercial understanding of how Vodafone Business Solutions’ products can be applied to create commercial value in customer businesses.
Ability to effectively represent Vodafone Business Solutions Sales.
Ability to lead and manage a corporate account team, motivating others to achieve targets.
Analytical thinker who can plan/execute action to exploit sales opportunities.
Ability to understand the needs of employees and to apply best practice people management techniques to ensure a motivated and productive work force.
Ability to present compelling business cases for capital investment in enterprise solutions.
