Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

• Hospitality Management Qualification
• 5 years hotel experience in 3 – 5 star hotels
• 2 years management experience
• Must have managed a team of at least 20
• Property management – Point of Sale expert
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have cost of sales knowledge and understanding
• Training ability essential
• Must have managed a multiple outlet facility
