Job Description

Job Title: Customer Advisor

Required minimum qualifications & experience:

• First Degree (Marketing) or HND Marketing
• Minimum of one year working experience
• Experience with a Consultancy Agency
• Must speak English with accuracy; French will be an advantageKey Responsibilities:
• Handling customers enquiries
• Answering incoming calls
• Offering customers services
• Performing administrative functions
• Updating client accounts
• Processing customer correspondence
• Perform any other assigned duty from supervisors

Qualities and Skills:

• Being computer literate
• Providing excellent customer service
• Honest and Strong Team Player
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to adapt and cope with pressure
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Be between the ages of 22 and 27 years
