Job Description

Provide network support on performance analysis, rectification and resolution of IT to NPO group
Provide statistical data on performance trending, traffic trending, problem trending for long-term performance improvement
Support on the continous process of improvement on all optimisation and performance managment activities
Produce ad-hoc management reports
Note: Other career opportunities exist for Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication engineers and those with technical backgrounds in telecoms

Required Skills or Experience

Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Physics discipline
5 years working experience in 2G (GSM) radio site planning and optimization or in related NPM role. 3G (UMTS) planning is advantageous, but not essential
